The Body Armor cargo rack system has been designed with the OverLander Jeep enthusiast in mind. Constructed out of 2 inch diameter steel tube the rack has some beef to it. The rack comes with a front crossbar that features four welded light tabs for auxiliary lights the rear bar features two tabs for rear facing lights. The crossbars have access holes for wiring under the light tabs and there are internal holes in the elbow joints allowing for the wires to be run internally. The front uprights attach to the A pillars by using the four existing bolts on each side. The rear uprights can mount down on the frame rails for a nodrill installation there is also the option of mounting to the body near the taillights which requires drilling of four holes into the body. Installing the rack to the frame will require modifying the factory rear bumper. Need to carry bikes or kayaks or even a roof top tent you can use our 5125 adapters with Yakima towers and crossbars to run their full line of accessories.
